I’ve noticed that my thumb is more on an angle(kinda like 45ish)a lot of the time compared to being more neutral with the wrist joint which I think happens from switching back and forth between fingerpicking and using a pick. When I play around with this without a pick the more of an angle I have It seem to pull slightly on the wrist so I’m wondering whether this is why I’m finding some of the motions a bit awkward on the wrist.
