Tips for 2nps USX?

Hi there,
I apologise if this has been asked before.

I am wondering if anyone has any tips to getting 2nps lines with wrist-forearm usx going, as I am working on a relatively new wrist-foream motion.

Are there any ways of ‘tricking’ my hands into doing the right thing? Is there anything that helped you to start to get 2nps usx lines?

Thank you

Took me a little while to get wrist-forearm working for 2nps, it would always become some less efficient deviation based thing. What worked for me is firing up my tremolo on one note before going into a Zakk Wylde style pattern while trying not to change anything about the motion.

You probably want to be working at above 140bpm 16th notes and switching back to your one note tremolo every now and again, just to make sure the motion hasn’t changed without you noticing
