I think I first saw some vids of Troy around 2007 or 2008, and this is probably from right around then, too. Cool stuff!

That guitar doesn’t have tuning keys! What’s going on?!?!
I wish I had found CTC back then but I’m glad I’ve found it now.
Troy varies the pressure on each finger to tune each individual note by ear as a he plays. You can hear that some of the 200 bpm+ shredding is slightly out of tune, if you listen closely.

According to yelp the location he visits " Ultra Sound Rehearsal Studio" in NYC has permanently closed. Looks like they may have moved nearby.
