What would you estimate is the number of hours you usually spend in preparing to conduct an MIM interview before you feel ready to do it?
Also, what do you think is the single most important quality, for an MIM style interview, you as the interviewer can have as far as getting the interviewee to open up and give good quality, helpful answers to your questions?
