Hello Troy or anyone else who can help. I signed up for the new site and paid for a year subscription ($199) on paypal. But I still can’t find or view any of the videos. In the past I’d purchased several video interviews from Troys Masters in Mechanics series including the Carl Miner, Strunz and Farah, Andy Wood, David Grier, Cascades Seminar and a six pack combo pack, all downloads purchased starting in 2015. I thought that with a paid subscription on this new Cracking the Code site that I’d be able to view not only the interviews I’d purchased but also see others that I hadn’t yet purchased and also have access in the future to any new ones that hopefully will arrive soon (like the Molly Tuttle interview?). But I’m unable to find or view any of those videos. I did finally type the different artists names into the search magnifying glass thing and I did see what looked like it might be headings for the videos but when I clicked on them, all I was able to do was bookmark them but no video screen ever showed up. What am I missing? Help!
Hi Michael! Yes, of course you should be able to view everything with your subscription. I responded via email from our support account. Please check that and we’ll get you set up right away.
