Hi guys, I’m trying to post a reply to my TC, but I’m getting a message saying “Sorry, an error occurred, please try again.”
I have tried on Chrome and Safari and I’m getting the same error on both. I disabled all adblockers on both browsers and it’s not working I’m afraid.
Sorry just seeing this now! We haven’t changed any code that would affect TC lately, as far as I know. But there could be some unintended side effect of something else we were working on.
One thing I do think we’ve encountered in the past is if you try to post certain characters in a response, that might break the system. For example I think emojis will crash it. Are you including any of those?
I forget if we stripped those or at least included a popup or message saying that you can’t use emojis. If that’s the case, we’ll add that as a quick fix!
