Varying NPS form help

A few questions:

Here I am playing 2 and 3 NPS at 139 bpm. I believe when I play from low strings to high I play with a UXC and if I am switching strings on a down stroke I kind of power through the next string which is muted and then upstroke it. However when I change directions and need to go from high to low I lose like 30bpm if I want to play clean.

Questions:

  1. Is there anything glaringly obvious that is wrong with my form?
  2. when I anchor on my floating tremolo no matter how soft I try to be the notes go slightly sharp. Any advice here?
  3. Should I lean in on UXC and just only strike two notes per string and relearn my scale and licks with pulloffs instead of alternate picking?
