What happened to the left hand?

I can’t shred but would like to, I’ve been exploring this site and see very little content addressing the Left hand, Why is that?

Because the bulk of us have pick related issues. Legato has never been a problem for me - I guess many share my experience…

I guess but my left is as stupid as my right.
