I’m new in the community, just started the seminar Cascade, I’m practicing the patterns to a metronome, I’d like to know after reaching what bpm do you recommend me to move to the next lesson?

What’s your goal? What is it you’re trying to play? What sound do you have in your mind? The short answer is to just keep pushing your boundaries while also starting to absorb other material.

Before worrying about bpms, I would check that you can do the basic motions necessary to play the cascade stuff, namely USX (=upstroke escape motion).
