Wrist interaction with pronated/supinated forearm

Alright, I have to be that guy who explains with a video again. I honestly can’t explain this without the video, but that bump in the wrist that gypsy players play with led me to this conclusion… I realised that the arm probably needs to be pronated/supinated IN RELATION to the wrist instead of the arm being pronated/supinated and taking the wrist with it, if that makes any sense (I’m sure it doesn’t, hence the video) - but am I on the right track of thinking here?

Straight will give you more downward pickslantig and more muting on the high strings also
Curved is more upward pickslanting with only muting on the lower strings.
You can combine the the two depending on the lines you play, and that is two way pickslanting.
