I used to have this 3-volume lesson set on VHS back in the day, now of course it’s better to catch it on YouTube rather than dust off the old tape player 
I’ve scoured the net looking for the 3 booklets that came with transcriptions of all the examples, but only found the first two. Any chance one of you fine volcano pickers have a scan of the 3rd book: The 3rd Movement: Classical Styling?
