You do not have any videos in your library yet

I’m having a problem when I go to the User Video Library page (My Account – Cracking the Code)

I get the below error message. I do have videos in my library, and I was hoping to delete some older ones to make room for the newer ones.

I’m using Safari on macOS Tahoe 26.3.1. My computer is up to date. I have no adblockers running. I also get the same problem with Brave browser, which I used to see if the issue was present there.
